These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 499ba platform ("Platform") and all related services. By browsing the website, creating an account, or participating in any game, you are giving your full consent to these Terms.

2.1 Registration Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years old to register on the platform.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or be using the platform while located in Bangladesh.
• Each person may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed.
• You are knowingly confirming that participating in online gaming is legally permitted in your area.

2.2 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. If false information is provided, the account will be closed immediately and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled.

• If any provided information changes, you must notify the support team immediately.
• Any documents requested for identity verification must be supplied.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping your account password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. You are personally liable for any activity carried out using your login details. Notify our support team immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. Exceptions may occur due to technical issues.
• Deposited funds must come only from your registered payment account — deposits through third parties are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard processing time: 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same method and the same account used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the platform are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:

• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive the bonus.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• Each player may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expiry date, the bonus will be forfeited.

5.2 VIP Cashback Programme

499ba has three VIP tiers, with weekly cashback offered at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular activity. 499ba reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

5.3 Bonus Misuse Prohibited

Taking advantage of bonuses through any form of misuse, multi-accounting, or coordinated betting is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be closed.

6.1 Fair Play

499ba uses SSL encryption and systems that ensure fair play. The outcome of each game is determined impartially through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of software bots or automated methods.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform's software.
• Collaborative cheating or syndicate betting.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass restrictions.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, 499ba reserves the right to determine the correct result. 499ba is not liable for any losses caused by internet connection issues.

8.1 Closure at User Request

• Providing false information or failing identity verification.

• Breach of age-related rules.
• Long-term account inactivity.

499ba is not liable for any losses caused by technical issues, third-party service outages, or problems with your device. However, in cases of our direct negligence, liability will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
